My hair is shedding?
lately i have notice my hair to be shedding like a dog….when i brush or comb i see what seems to be a lot of hair…also i was makin out w/ a guy and he kept spitting hair (how embarressing) im blk so i have a perm but i wrap my hair in a satin scarf every night and i spray it will oil sheen every day….it doesnt seem like im goin bald….jus my ends are coming out…i flat irom my hair maybe 3x a week…could it be my diet?
btw im 19 is this normal?
Could be diet, stress, the iron, etc… Go to a vitamin store and ask a dietitian what NATURAL products you can take to reduce hair loss… Also, try meditating to reduce your stress… Lastly, go to a beauty supply store and get something topical to put ON your hair.
