do you think that clinique’s lash building primer works or napoleon perdis’s long black mascara works better for lengthening your lashes. if none of those two, what would you recommend?
L’Oreal Voluminous! Curved brush, NOT waterproof! I love it! I’ll never use anything else. I’ll panic if they discontinue it
